Sarah Fitzpatrick is an SEO and organic growth consultant with over 11 years of experience across agency, in-house, start-up, and consultancy roles. She has hands-on experience leading enterprise SEO for complex international websites and is passionate about helping brands navigate the future of search and build sustainable organic growth.

Sarah enjoys challenging conventional thinking around SEO and consistently makes complex SEO topics practical, commercial, and easy to understand.

Kevin MacKenzie

Kevin MacKenzie is a digital marketing strategist, educator, and speaker with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their online presence, reach new audiences, and improve their digital performance.

Throughout his career, he has worked across website strategy, email marketing, mobile marketing, social media, paid advertising campaigns, and search engine optimization. He has worked within digital agencies, corporate environments, and as a freelance search marketing consultant.

Kevin also spent a decade teaching digital marketing and SEO at Sheridan College and has delivered presentations and educational sessions at industry events across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Veruska Anconitano

Veruska Anconitano is an international and enterprise SEO strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping global organizations grow across markets, languages, and search ecosystems.

She has built and led international SEO, content, and localization programs for scale-ups and global brands, managing distributed teams of up to 60 people. Working across seven languages, she specializes in the challenges that emerge when SEO must operate across multiple markets, technologies, stakeholders, and local teams.

Her multidisciplinary background spans technical SEO, sociolinguistics, localization, content strategy, data, automation, and workflow design. Her work also examines how AI search is reshaping brand visibility, content discovery, and the systems international and enterprise organizations need to build to remain discoverable.

With more than two decades of experience, Adam has built a career around making complex digital platforms accessible, navigable, and easy to use. That background now informs the way he leads Gander's product and strategy.

Adam is certified in accessibility through CPACC and in UX management through Nielsen Norman Group.
