How About Some Marketing? is a growing community and education platform for marketers and business owners. We host live webinars with industry experts, and then repurpose them into content across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a committed, detail-oriented, high performer who wants to get their hands dirty in real-world digital marketing, events, and content production. This role blends webinar coordination with post-event content publishing, giving you end-to-end experience.
You’ll not only learn tools and workflows, you’ll also have the unique opportunity to coordinate directly with thought leaders, educators, and industry professionals, building your skills and network at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Webinar
  • Research guests and prepare short bios/profiles
  • Coordinate with speakers for event details
  • Create/update event pages (Streamyard, Eventbrite, Website)
  • Build promotional materials in Canva (graphics, templates, quotes)
  • Schedule promo posts across LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels
During Webinar
  • Provide live support (tech checks, Q&A moderation, chat engagement)
  • Assist with smooth guest handoff and timing
Post-Webinar
  • Save and edit recordings (Descript/CapCut)
  • Extract quotes, highlights, and action points for social posts
  • Upload and optimize content (YouTube, website, podcast platforms)
  • Publish show notes, transcripts, and embed players on the website
  • Schedule recap content and promote replays

  • ClickUp (project/workflow management)
  • Streamyard (live webinars)
  • Descript, CapCut (video/audio editing)
  • Canva (design)
  • Eventbrite, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, website CMS (distribution/promotion)

Ideal Candidate
